Chinese Translation and Interpreting Services is based in the UK.
We offer Chinese to English and English to Chinese translation and interpreting and English to Chinese proofreading.
Our areas of expertise include finance and banking, business and commerce, civil and criminal law, medical and healthcare,
publishing and marketing, transport and manufacturing.
Our principal Chinese translator and interpreter, Kongkui Huang, has an MA in Classical Chinese from Beijing University, with 17 years' translation and interpreting experience. She is an official interpreter for the United Kingdom Home Office and a certified translator. She is also a qualified member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), on the National Register of Public Service Interpreters (NRPSI) and a member of the Association of Police and Court Interpreters (APCI).
The co-founder, Dr. Steven Hubbard, has an MA in Physics from Oxford University and a D.Phil. in biophysics from York University. He is in charge of IT consultancy and quality control, in particular for Chinese to English translations.
